To carry on the business as manufactures of industrial jigs and fixtures and dealers and assemblers of semi knock-down machinery for the electrical and electronic industry.

To manufacture and produce and either as principals or agents, trade and deal in any articles belonging to any such business, and all apparatus, appliances and things used in connection therewith, or with any inventions, patents or privileges for the time being belonging to the Company.

To carry on the business as representatives, distributors, importers and exporters for all kinds of merchandise including electrical & electronic appliances and components and apparatus of every description, electrical & mechanical installation and equipment and any other related engineering requisites and supplies and to undertake the servicing and maintenance in respect thereof.
